המדיניות מסבירה איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים, למה, עם מי אנחנו חולקים אותו, כמה זמן אנחנו שומרים אותו, ואילו זכויות יש לך. אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע אישי, לא משתמשים בו לפרסום, ולא עוקבים אחריך באפליקציות או באתרים של אחרים.
1. מי אנחנו
השירות מופעל על ידי PURPLEDGE TECHNOLOGIES LTD ("PurplEdge", "אנחנו"). לכל פנייה בנושא פרטיות: contact@purpledge.io.
2. איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים

מה אנחנו לא אוספים: מיקום, אנשי קשר, היסטוריית גלישה, פרטי כרטיס אשראי (הם עוברים ישירות ל-Apple, ל-Google או לספק הסליקה), ומידע לצורכי פרסום. המיקרופון, המצלמה והגלריה נפתחים רק כשאתה בוחר לשלוח הודעה קולית, תמונה או סרטון בצ'אט.
3. עם מי אנחנו חולקים מידע
רק עם ספקים שנחוצים כדי להפעיל את השירות, ורק במידה הנדרשת לתפקיד שלהם:

נמסור מידע לרשות רק אם החוק או צו שיפוטי מחייבים אותנו.
4. כמה זמן אנחנו שומרים מידע
כל עוד החשבון פעיל. כשהחשבון נמחק אנחנו מוחקים את המידע האישי או מנטרלים אותו, חוץ ממה שהחוק מחייב לשמור, כמו תיעוד רכישות והצהרות סיכון, ורק לתקופה שהחוק מחייב.
5. הזכויות שלך
- עיון ותיקון: פרטי החשבון שלך זמינים לעריכה באפליקציה, במסך החשבון.
- מחיקת חשבון: אפשר למחוק את החשבון ישירות מהאפליקציה (חשבון → מחיקת חשבון), או לבקש זאת במייל.
- ביטול הסכמה: אפשר לכבות התראות בכל רגע, ולנתק התחברות של Google או Apple.
- עותק של המידע: אפשר לבקש במייל עותק של המידע שמסרת לנו.

6. אבטחה
כל התעבורה מוצפנת (HTTPS), הסיסמאות נשמרות כגיבוב בלבד, הגישה לנתונים מוגבלת לצוות שזקוק לה, ופרטי התחברות רגישים נשמרים במכשיר באחסון המאובטח של מערכת ההפעלה. אף שיטה אינה בטוחה לחלוטין, אבל אנחנו מתייחסים לאבטחה ברצינות ומעדכנים אותה באופן שוטף.
7. גיל
השירות מיועד לבני 18 ומעלה. אנחנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע מקטינים, ומוחקים אותו אם נודע לנו עליו.
8. העברה לחו"ל
המידע מאוחסן ומעובד בשרתים של Google Cloud, שעשויים להימצא מחוץ לישראל, בכפוף להגנות המקובלות.
9. שינויים
אם נשנה את המדיניות, נעדכן את התאריך בראש הדף. על שינוי מהותי נודיע גם באפליקציה או במייל.

This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.
1. Who we are
The service is operated by PURPLEDGE TECHNOLOGIES LTD ("PurplEdge", "we"). Privacy contact: contact@purpledge.io.
2. What we collect

We do not collect location, contacts, browsing history, card details (these go directly to Apple, Google or the payment provider), or data for advertising. The microphone, camera and photo library are used only when you choose to send a voice message, photo or video in chat.
3. Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run the service, and only what their role requires: Apple and Google (sign-in, in-app purchases and subscriptions, notifications); Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, storage, push); TradingView (granting indicator access, using only your TradingView username); Discord (community membership and roles, using only your Discord username); GROW / Meshulam (payments made on the website); Brevo (operational email such as confirmations and password reset). We disclose data to authorities only when the law or a court order requires it.
4. Retention
For as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we delete or anonymise your personal data, except records the law requires us to keep (such as purchase records and signed risk disclosures), and only for the period required.
5. Your rights
- Access and correction: edit your details in the app, in the Account screen.
- Account deletion: delete your account directly in the app (Account → Delete account), or ask us by email.
- Withdraw consent: turn notifications off at any time; disconnect Google or Apple sign-in.
- Copy of your data: request a copy of the data you gave us by email.
We answer within 30 days at contact@purpledge.io.
6. Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored only as hashes, access to data is limited to staff who need it, and sensitive sign-in data on the device is kept in the operating system's secure storage. No method is perfectly secure, but we take security seriously and keep it up to date.
7. Age
The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and delete it if we learn of it.
8. International transfer
Data is stored and processed on Google Cloud servers, which may be located outside Israel, under standard safeguards.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes are also announced in the app or by email.
